I would like to introduce myself...my name is Lisa and I've lived in the Denver area all of my life. 17 years ago I was blessed with a service dog, Kosmo, a beautiful black Labrador. Kosmo and my relationship was extremely special, as you can imagine. He was not only my arms and legs but he was my constant companion and best friend. I hold a very deep love for animals and I truly understand the profound effect they can have on people, not only for physical reasons but emotionally as well.
My dream has always been to open a dog daycare / hotel, a place where animals can feel safe and have fun. Since I know how important animals are in peoples lives, the thing that sets my facility apart from other facilities is customer service and the special attention that all of our clients receive. We offer services such as geriatric dog care, birthday parties, reports on dog behavior, training, and a variety of unique dog art to purchase.

My dogs spent the week-end at The Dog and I while I went out of town. I was so impressed with how friendly the girls were and how much my dogs seemed to love it there. Since our dog is an "only" dog we searched carefully for the best doggie daycare situation we could find. They came highly recommended by several of our friends who already were using them for their dogs. Our dog also has medical "special needs" which they are so good with . Our dog loves the people at The Dog and I and we never worry about her when she's there. She looks forward to going. Thank you Lisa and staff for being there for us!

The Dog & I staff is very knowledgeable about pet health and pet food products. It is very obvious how loving this staff is towards the dogs. They greet my dog by name with excitement in their voice - I know my dog loves spending time at the Dog & I!
One special thing that they do is print out some color photocopies of pictures taken of my dog having fun with the others over his stay.
