I have eaten a 3 of The Egg and I's restaurants (Centennial, Steamboat Springs, and Parker) they are all excellent. I recommend any of their south of the border egg dishes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes/waffles. Be sure to try the hazelnut coffee!
It has that comfy country feeling. Zachery who owns the place is VERY friendly and comes to your table to say hi and to check and see if everything is ok. You don't get this kind of customer service in too many places anymore. The food is excellent, my fav is the Eggs Benedict, the Veggie and the Hiker one.
(The Thornton Location) I can always count on being greeted with a smile, being seated promptly. The food has always been outstanding and service is quick. I bring all my family there when they are staying with us from out of town, everyone loves it!
The restaurant in Boulder is always clean and the food is outstanding. The wait staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. The front desk staff is always outgoing, happy, and pleasant. It is always a pleasure to have breakfast at the Egg and I with friends and family.
This place has a wonderful, broad menu where everything is delicious. I am a HUGE fan of their omelettes, in particular. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Definitely worth the drive across town - which I do on a regular basis!
