In search of the Great American Dream, Merry Ann and Tracy Webb, born and raised in the BBQ capital of Kansas City, MO, moved to Longmont, CO in 1989. For the next 12 years, they searched for the true Kansas City style BBQ.
Hence, The Rib House was born on July 5th, 2001 in Longmont, CO. The two decided Colorado needed to have authentic Kansas City/Colorado Barbeque. Colorado has never been famous for Barbeque, until now!

The Rib House is a true gem in Colorado! Being a native Texan, I know good BBQ & The Rib House rivals anything I've had in Texas! The brisket & smoked sausage are awesome, as well the variety of sauces & sides (the chipolte potato salad is yummy!). And if you're looking for an incredible after-dinner dessert, they have the BEST carrot cake known to man! I highly recommend this place...and it's worth the drive out to Longmont (I trek up from Broomfield).
