I love the Shoppe because they are open early (7:00 a.m.) when there are no other bakerys in the area. I can stop by pick up fresh scones for the office and never get off my route. The scones are delicious and the cupcakes the best.
By far the best tasting, most creative flavors of cupcakes I have ever seen. We used them for our wedding. We ordered three different flavors for the 120 cupcakes, ordered three MORE flavors for guest favors and ordered a GIANT cupcake for the cutting ceremony. They pulled it off flawlessly. Not only do they have the best cupcakes, they also stay open until 2AM most nights and serve cereal with mix-ins for mind-blowing take-me-back-to-my-childhood experiences. Add to that their amazing waffle brunches on Sundays and the very laid back yet hip atmosphere and you have Denver's Best Bakery!

The Shoppe has uber friendly employees and a rockin atmosphere. You can't find a better cupcake in Denver!! They even offer vegan and gluten free cupcakes. My favorite flavors - Nutella, PB &J, Death By Chocolate, Double Chocolate Kahlua, Mocha & Oreo w/ strawberry.
