The Truffle Cheese Shop has been Denver's premier destination for artisan and farmstead cheeses since 2000. We are happy to cut you a taste of anything in the shop from cheeses to cured meats. We believe it's important to know what you're buying and be passionate about what you're serving to your family and friends. We sell truffles, not only the chocolate version that most people are familiar with, but also the fragrant mushroom when in season.

The Truffle is one of the gems of Denver! It is always a pleasure to walk into the store to try new products and, of course, the different hand-crafted cheeses!

Actually noted in Art of Eating, the ultimate honor. This was before Karin and Rob took over as owners (not to mention Jim). Since then this store has proved to be even deeper in food knowledge and more responsive to special requests.

Evey time I go there they have something new and they enthusiastically pass out generous tastes of whatever just arrived. The only place even similar to the Truffle is 25 miles away in Longmont - all either place needs is a license to sell wine and everything would be complete! I never go away disappointed in anything!
