Headed up by Maurizio Negrini, a third-generation artisan baker from Italy, our artisan bakery produces Udi's famously delectable, beautiful to behold, hand-shaped batards, baguettes, boules, challas, ciabattas, focaccias, levains, and rusticos, to name a few. Fresh from the ovens twice a day. Be a hero. Bring home a warm loaf of bread.

I love that Uid's has fabulous gluten free baked good. And they are the best gluten free baked goods I have ever had!

I love UDI's, they are the only bakery that makes delicious gluten free sandwich bread, muffins, and cinnimon rolls. People with Celiac disease, or have gluten allergies need to try their food and keep an eye open for new products. My son who is 10 and has celiac thinks they are the best!!

Last week we ordered 95 box lunches, they arrived with each person's name on them and not one mistake! I'm from San Francisco and Udi's Sour Dough is the next best thing to SF. I will always be an UDI's fan!

Their bread in unmatched...it doesn't dry out like other area bakers...and it's undeniably delicious! Their scones are to die for as is the granola!
