Love it! Beautiful in it's simplicity.

Still nothing like it in Denver. Chef Thanawat Bates is the best around, wait till he breaks out of the antiquated atmosphere.

Great steaks and ambiance, combined with what can be argued as one of the best wine lists in Denver. Both locations are a top-notch one-two combo!

I like Trios because it is so much more than a wine bar. They offer a full bar, awesome live jazz/blues and some of the best pizza in town. Trios is what you want to make it: a great happy hour spot, pre-bar or post-bar hangout; something for everyone. It happens to be one of my places of zen, where I can relax and chat with the staff or some of the other guests. In some ways I do not wish for others to discover Trios but it's hard not to want people to enjoy what I find special.
