The Anti-Gym

I once was a member of this gym and stopped going after just 6 weeks and went back to my old gym. Mike, the owner is offensive and its no joke that he yells and belittles you in to thinking you are worthless. I left everyday feeling like crap not because I was tired from a workout, but rather from how the trainers talked and acted towards the clients. Take a look at his commercials and you will see exactly why you hope the Anti-gym closes and Mike is put in his place. NO one deserves to be bullied into felling like crap because of what you think they should be. Be healthy, workout, have FUN with friends and challenge each other in a positive atmosphere, and AVOID THE ANTI-GYM!!!!!!
