Several years ago my husband and I went to dine at Laudiso. I informed the waiter that I have a severe allergy to certain foods and inquired as to what would be the safest food for me to eat to avoid these allergens. I informed him that my throat would close and that I would go into anaphylactic shock if I ate certain foods. I was served a salad that contained the item I am allergic to, and after returning my salad three times, decided that I did not feel comfortable eating my dinner. The ignorance of the staff and lack of concern as to the severity of my allergy left me astonished. Had the waiter paid better attention to detail, this problem could have been avoided. When I talked with the manager the next day, she was very apologetic, however, ignorance on the actions of the waiter is no excuse as I explained the severity of my allergy. I have not been back since.

If you have never seen FACE in concert you are missing a very unique, amazing experience. Each member has a fantastic voice, yet unique in it's own way. They are a definite must see band.

I went to the Tallgrass Spa in Evergreen several years ago after receiving a gift certificate from my husband. I booked a Hot Stone Massage and a manicure. When I arrived they had me scheduled for an Aromatherapy Massage. As I have severe allergies, this was the last type of massage I would have ever booked. I asked them if they could change it to the stone massage, they could/would not. They would not even change it to another type of massage. I ended up doing an "unscented" aromatherapy massage that was less than ideal.

The manicure I received left my nails with bubbled polish that peeled the same day.

Disappointing experience, poor customer service.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff! They cater to those who have special dietary requirements. In my case, severe food allergies. One of the 2 places in Denver I feel comfortable dining. Fantastic!

Hana is a genuine, caring, authentic person with a wonderful soul. I have been to the fancy salons where you are treated with a false sense of concern by the employees and not as a human being. Hana is nothing like this. She truly cares for her clients. I have been a client of hers for over 15 years and will continue for another 15 or more.
