Bonaroo Tattoo

I recently got a tattoo from banaroo and the tattoo turned out horrible!!! I contacted Banaroo and let them know that the horrible and incomplete tattoo should be fix they reassured me that they would fix and complete it. Since then I have been sent away 3 times and promised a phone call back from the owner to schedule a time to come in. For the past week I have called on a daily basis and i've been given the run around and excuses as to why i haven't been called back. At this point I wouldn't send an enemy their way. Not only are their tattoos bad but so is the service! A million thumbs down because even food poisioning goes away eventually. I'm stuck with something that looks like a 4 year olds incomplete drawing on my body.
