Amazing seafood, this IS the FRESHEST FISH IN TOWN....do not be confused by the Fresh Fish Company....
the cuisine is great and the atmosphere is the best. Relaxed - service is impeccable.
Wish there was another location down south

The professionalism with Capital Grille is the best. The service is the best in town, the quality of the food is excellent. I only get there on special occassions, but this is the best in town....and you don't have to be "someone" to get the same service, like at Elway's, where you have to be some kind of washed up wanna' be to get noticed, usually by the same washed up gossip columnist who is always reporting from bars...would that be Penny Parker???

If you like going to a place that is from the past, this is the place. It needs a major face lift from the decor...which looks dirty and run down, especially the bathrooms and the velvet curains - to the menu, which has been the same since 1980....the place is empty most of the time - the only time to go is when you have a discount because the food is mediocre at best - "hotel" food - not cuisne, just look at the runny coleslaw. The menu has at least 10 items that are not spelled correctly, same with the table tents, if you can read them past the cracks in the plastic. The server uniforms are a blast from the past with the white shirts - that are mostly yellow - and ties. The wine buckets are from the dark ages, ever heard of wine crocks...they were a "new" thing in the late '80's. I only go there with my grandmother so she can be around people her own age. She gets at least an 80% discount.
Time to get with it, or else you will continue to have a decline in business.
Max and Gill's, and Jax are the best in town.
