Colorado Canine Academy is excellent. My german shepherd and I I have taken classes there and I am very impressed with Jennifer's knowledge and skills. I'm particularly impressed with her knowledge of how to train using modern positive reward-based methods, behaviors that people traditionally had thought required force and coercion. She is very open minded and does not limit you to one way of doing things, if one approach is not working for you or your dog she will help you find a different solution which is still based on positive rewards. I highly recommend Colorado Canine Academy to anyone seeking an experienced trainer for anything from puppy socialization to competitive obedience training.
