Enshin Karate is a realistic full-contact style of karate that combines effective fighting techniques with traditional respect and discipline. Enshin Karate is taught by a true martial arts master, Joko Ninomiya, who has deicated his entire life to the study and mastery of martial arts. It is a style that is practiced around the world and the world headquarters are here in Denver.

I have eaten at many of the sushi restaurants in Denver and I have found several that are very good. However, Sonoda's is by far the best sushi restaurant in Denver. Both the service and the food are outstanding. I personally prefer the Sonoda's on Dartmouth.
