Since they opened, they have cornered the Denver market on hip breakfast eaterys. A truly uniqe breakfast menu - with some traditional favorites for the less adventurous types as well - with amazing flavor. Just be prepared to wait for a table...

Tallgrass boasts the luxurious and relaxing ambience of a true day-spa with all the right amenities. And, its experienced and friendly staff make you feel as if you are the only person taht matters. Tallgrass is just far enough away from downtown Denver to create that feeling of escape, yet close enough to enjoy as often as your wallet will allow.
