Since they opened, they have cornered the Denver market on hip breakfast eaterys. A truly uniqe breakfast menu - with some traditional favorites for the less adventurous types as well - with amazing flavor. Just be prepared to wait for a table...
They may priced a bit above the rest - but, the choices are endless and the finished product is outstanding!

Tallgrass is just far enough away from downtown Denver to create that feeling of escape, yet close enough to enjoy as often as your wallet will allow.
