After a traumatizing and terrible experience at another store, I went to Pet Empawrium on the advice of a friend. From the minute you walk in, you can tell you are in a top notch place and in knowledgeable hands. The place is run to a tee! The phones are answered by a cheery voice. The staff is friendly and professional, even the kids. However, I have to admit, Lori is my favorite. She owns the place and is so fun, kind, and experienced. Other stores are so cold, no ambiance. Pet Empawrium is really filled with love. Every time I go in there customers are a talking to each other, I have even made friends and set up play dates for my Boston’s here! So again I can’t emphasis how happy I am with Pet Empawrium. They are on my speed dial on my phone and they are willing to answer any question at anytime. They are wonderful, but don't take my word for it, just stop by and you will see the place is filled with a professional, happy staff of pet owners who want the best for your dogs.too!
