Wonderful food, all of it, but not just for breakfast! Their Caliente Quesadilla is fab - get it with a side of green chile'! An important note, though, they have moved location whilst the construction in the University Hospital area is underway so they're now at 3100 East Colfax Avenue (East Colfax and St. Paul St.)

When I lived in Denver, Ric's was a weekly ritual. Now that I live in the UK, it's become the very first place my husband and I eat when we get to Denver for visits a couple times a year. The food is fabulous and, as many others here have noted, the service is faultless. Lovely and attentive staff. Tip: they make a great hot salsa as well as the regular one you get upon arrival with your chips, but you have to ask for it. Try it, it's great! Favourite meal for me is the Ric's Platter and the husband's is the Spinach Enchilada.
