You were great when you were small, now that you've grown, you have forgotten your roots and manners. Your service is poor. If today isn't my day to fork over and buy high ticket items, your sales personnel can't seem to find the time of day for me. I am very disappointed. You have lost a customer, but I am sure that isn't important at this time of your immense head.
