Whole Yoga School is a tranquil Denver yoga school, where students may begin or further their yoga and meditation practice. Our yoga classes are vinyasa flow style of classical hatha yoga, flavored with work from the disciplines of ashtanga, anusara, and Iyengar yoga. Each class focuses on breath awareness and has a meditative quality, allowing the student to experience their inner self.
Our certified yoga instructors are from diverse backgrounds of study, with a common goal to assist each student, regardless of age, skill or fitness level, unfold his or her own yoga practice.
Whole Yoga School is what Yoga is all about. The classes are focused on spirituality, meditation and correct postures. It is not about the 'workout' at Whole Yoga, nor is it a competitive atmosphere. It is a calm supportive place where one can grow in their Yoga practice. I've taken classes all over the Denver and Boulder area and these are the best teachers I have met.
