What a great dinner! The cucumber gazpacho amuse bouche is perfect on a hot day. Stuffing a peppadew with gorgonzola -- just right. Halibut with teensy patty pan squash -- tender and wonderful. 1927 Sherry with cheese -- couldn't be a better finish.
